Dear Talon Construction,

Bonnie & I are very happy and completely satisfied with how the deck and the roof turned out. With all the white vinyl covering the under part of the roof makes it look much bigger and brighter. We have already cooked out on the grill a few times and eaten dinner out there. We bought all new furniture for the deck and spent some of the evenings just sitting out there and enjoying the breeze.

We were very pleased on how Donnie did everything to our satisfaction. If we asked him to do something or fix anything he made sure it got done. I know that the deck was built very, very strong and will never come down. We have enjoyed working with Donnie and his crew and I know we have made some new friends. If anyone ever asks who built our deck we will surely recommend Talon for their project.

Dear Paul,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Talon for my windows. Everyone at Talon is very pleasant to deal with and they get things done in a timely manner. I would like to tell Talon what an outstanding job I think Troy and Donnie did taking out my old windows and putting in the new ones. When Troy and Donnie left each day they cleaned up everything inside and out. They also worked and talked nice to each other. Dear Bob,

Phase one of our construction is almost complete. Both Tom and I wanted to tell you how pleased we are with Talon Construction and in particular those responsible for our addition.

While no construction is without its challenges, and we've had ours, we are thrilled with the outcome! Marty and his crew; Donnie, Troy, Tom the plumber, Mark the electrician and everyone else who even came close to this project went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction.

We have felt completely comfortable with them coming and going. Chloe my 12 year old, likes having Marty around the house so much she starts to miss him if she doesn't see him for a couple of days.

Phase two is scheduled to start June 19th and I'm sure that Marty again will be back with his crew to ensure that the job gets done right.

So exciting to drive out today (without the rain) & see what the signs will actually look like! Everyone is very excited as we have waited forever to get to this point. Like our kitchen project - Talon seems to be able to get things done with such ease. They are very lucky to have people like you & Marty on board for sure!!!! Be sure & stop by & check out the finished product. We will have to wait a bit for all to dry out up there but we hope it won't be long before the stonework is started. Joyce and I are very pleased with our new finished basement. Thanks to Talon Construction and especially Norm Queen, our project manager, for a job well done, the job was finished on time, as promised, and met all of the goals that we discussed when we first defined the project with you.

Norm was great to work with throughout the process. We had a number of changes, some minor, and some major, during construction. Each time Norm exhibited a very positive "can-do" attitude and was able to accommodate our changes. Norm also put our ultimate satisfaction ahead of any inconvenience to himself. Norm was very proactive with communications and kept me in formed at all times about the progress of the job, what to expect next, and when the subs would be in and out of the job site.

We are now enjoying our great new living space and would be happy to be used as a reference by Talon Construction,

Thank you for a job well done on the transformation of old greenhouse into a delightful living space. We appreciate Talon's attention to our small project that involved a great deal of coordination for the many trades involved.

Mr. Marty Holly deserves special recognition for his dedication to making our job a pleasant experience as well as bringing it to successful completion. This Old House
Brett and Rachel live in a split-level home and have a growing family. They realized more than a year ago they needed more living space, and explored the option of moving—for one day!

Brett did not want to move further away from his job; Rachel discovered that homes closer to his work were either very expensive or had smaller yards. So the decision was made to expand their current home.

They interviewed three licensed contractors and found that their bids were very close to each other. They decided to go with Talon Construction, as they found they were more comfortable with the staff. In addition, Talon Construction allowed them to use their favorite heating and air conditioning company: Elmer Slack, Inc.

Before construction could begin, the Cohens had their gas line relocated which took two months and $2000. Once that was completed, the serious construction work began and lasted for four months.

Upstairs, a new master bedroom was added on the back of the house and the old existing master bedroom was turned into a child's bedroom. The new master bedroom features a beautiful Palladian window, vaulted ceiling, and a very large walk-in closet. The master bedroom doubled in size and has a Corian double sink.

On the lower level of the addition, another bedroom was built which serves as a guest room and computer room. The total square footage of this new addition is just over 400 square feet and has its own heating and air conditioning unit.

When asked if they would do it again, Rachel responded: "Yes!" She also recommends using the NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) web site if you are looking for a good contractor. (That's where she found Talon Construction.)
