If you own a lot and want to build, we will guide you through the steps of building your own home without the expense typically associated with hiring a general contractor.
Did you know that a typical general contractor will make between 22% and 26% on the construction of a new home? That's right, on a typical $350,000.00 new home, the GC will pocket between $75,000 and $90,000 of your hard-earned dollars. Wouldn't you like to keep those dollars? With our Construction Consulting option, for a fraction of the general contractor fee, we will be your guiding light from start to finish, assisting with difficult tasks such as:
- site selection
- setting grades
- recommending, negotiating with, and selecting subcontractors
- scheduling (all trades)
- budgeting
- progress meetings
- periodic site visit and progress reviews
- deficiency reports (subcontractors)
- inspections
- materials selections
- preferred vendors
- financing (banks do not favor owner-builders without professional help)

Don't misunderstand this construction method. We will not be building your home — you will. We will however guide you through the process while saving a substantial amount of your money.
However, this approach is not for everyone! You need to have a strong desire, and the free time to dedicate yourself to the task of building your new home. It will require that you dedicate a few hours each and every day to the task. The rewards however (personal and financial), are amazing!
